Steele Gonzales' Response to COVID-19

Here at Steele Gonzales, our main goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, especially now with the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic. We are dedicated to making your experience with us safe and healthy; please read below for some of the measures we are taking to accomplish this: 

We require all employees to:

• Wash hands regularly
• Have hand sanitizer at their workstation for themselves and customer's use
• Monitor their health. Any signs of flu-like symptoms do not come in or send home immediately

To better serve our customers during this time:

• Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the dealership
• Additional deep cleaning of the dealership by our cleaning service during this time including ELECTROSTATIC DISINFECTANT SPRAYING all desks, phones, and keyboards. (Video Below)
• Communicate as much as preferred by phone, text, or email without coming into the dealership
• We will bring the vehicle of interest to your home or work for test drive
• We will bring all necessary paperwork to home or work for purchasing
